WHAT IS MYGOV?
MyGov is a simple and secure way to access government services online in one place.
WHAT CAN YOU ACCESS THROUGH MYGOV?
With a MyGov account, you can access services from:
- Australian Taxation Office
- CentreLink
- Child Support
- Department of Health Applications Portal
- Department of Veterans' Affairs
- HousingVic Online Services
- Individual Healthcare Identifiers service
- Medicare
- My Aged Care
- My Health Record
- National Cancer Screening Register
- National Disability Insurance Scheme
- National Redress Scheme
- State Revenue Office Victoria
- Unique Student Identifier (USI)
- Victorian Concessions and Allowances
- Workforce Australia.
You can choose which services you want to link to your MyGov account.
It also has a secure Inbox where you can get messages from some of your linked services.
CREATE A MYGOV ACCOUNT
You can create a myID first, then create a MyGov account using your myID
OR
You can create a MyGov account first, then link it later to your myID.
Click HERE to create a MyGov account. Follow the prompts create your account.
DOWNLOAD THE MYGOV APP
Download the MyGov app from Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
SIGNING IN TO YOUR MYGOV ACCOUNT
Sign into your MyGov app using the MyGov account you made.
Or you can sign in using your Digital Identity (via the myID app).
LINK SERVICES TO YOUR MYGOV ACCOUNT

Click on the 'Services' icon.

Click on the '+' button
Choose which service to link to your MyGov account. Follow the prompts.
